Because animals are human being and have Charter of Rights and Freedom and they do not kill any other animal, except they are hungry. Then the stronger would attack to a weaker and would eat it on lunch, dinner and may be a week by its family.

AND Because Human being are real Animals, therefore they just made a photocopy from "Animal Constitutional Act" and has put it in the Washington as a 'decor' and then has spend Billions, Billions, Billions dollars in creating companies like "general electric' and Boeing and made War planes and Atomic bombs and dropped over Hiroshima and Nakazaki and killed children and seniors for What? OH for shouting WE WON! Oaky! You Won! then What?
Why Weapon is not banded in USA? Because the Government wants people kill each other like Animals!

don't know. I do know that the savagery of the human being has not been beaten back at all. he is indeed more what we term to be 'animal' than the beasts we compare ourselves with at times. when old men stop demanding war, and when the young men stop wanting to fight, then and only then, can man have a 'chance' to rise above the other beasts that he shares this world with
