They never had sex but I remember he did give here her first real kiss. They were teenagers and I think the lights were low. She was at Rachel's house. He thought she was Rachel. She thought he was someone else. He recounted the story in season nine and they realize what happened but say nothing to the others...

Ew! Lol! They're brother and sister. Actually, the very first episode I saw of Friends was when their grandmother died, but at first I thought that it was only Ross' grandma, and that Monica was comforting him - I thought they were a couple! Lol. I didn't like Ross at first, and I thought Monica could do better, actually, so I was relieved when I found out they weren't dating. :D

Are you sure you didn't mean Ross and Rachel? Monica was his sister. Rachel and Ross hooked up FINALLY at the very end of the series.
