we were not together at the time i found out i was pregnant nor when i lost the baby but i was about 5 week when it happened. he is a very angry person and thinks i am making it all up to get back at him. he now is damanding that i prove to him by getting doctuments from my doctors. if i dont he has said he will take me to court. can he do this?

well in america people take people to court for stupid stuff...pretty much anything. So yeah i guess he has the right to do that...and just like the person said above me....If you have proof of your misscarage you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
Just make is butt look stupid and ebarrassed in court when the truth comes out.
What is is point? I mean what is he going to get out of the proof seriously? I mean you guys arn't still together anymore right?
I don't know why but most men, they always think that theyre right and they will do anything to get to the bottom of things to prove that they are right. Such idiots!!

LOL - I'm not laughing at you.., but your ex-boyfriend. That is the most idiotic and retarded thing for him to say. I suppose if some judge is dumb enough to listen to his rantings - he could take you to court. BUT - he would be laughed out.
If you miscarried, you miscarried and its not your fault. You cant sue someone for miscarriage.
Now the only way this would make sense is if you were demanding money from him - only then - in such a case he could sue you. But to take you to court for a miscarriage? That is absolutely stupid.
Just keep your distance from this loony toon. He's crazy. If he comes around, call the cops. Stay away from him unless you just like grief. Thats my advice. And if he takes you to court - don't worry. The Law is on your side.

you have nothing to worry about. No man is gonna waste money to hire a lawyer, take time off work just to prove you had a miscarriage. i mean seriously what is that going to prove? nothing in the end. He is just being an a$$ and trying to push your buttons, so if you had a miscarriage i wouldnt let it worry you cause he cant sue you or get anything from it but looking like a jacktard.

If you are just trying to get on with your life, get the records and show them to him. It is that easy.
If he still takes you to court, you have nothing to worry about.
The only way I can see this as an issue, is if you were lying about being pregnant in the first place.

Nope. Unless this is in the course of a criminal investigation, he can't just demand your medical information. No judge would waste his time with a lawsuit over something as petty as this. And, even if he got creative and accused you of giving him a disease or something, and you are investigated only information pertinent to that case could be accessed. Medical information is protected by HIPPA. Tell him to get over it and move on. .

He has NO right to this information and he cannot take you to court to get it.
He is being a bully..... tell him to rack off or you will take him to court for harassment and get an AVO against him.

i don't think he can do that but if he takes u to court he has nothing to gain maybe i he takes u to court the judge will force he to go to classes to control his angry cause he seems to have a lot of it (just my opinion)

He is your ex-boy friend. If you are trying to get money from him to cover the expenses, then he requires proof. If you are not trying to get compensated, then you don't owe him any explanation. If there is no attempt to get the relationship back together, then you don't owe him and explanation.
