I think I have read that it can be a few months if you are or were nursing. It's different for everyone. If you haven't been nursing on the last two months I would talk to your doctor.

Yep. It takes months for your body to get back on track. Especially if you're breast feeding. Just give it time. If you haven't started soon, bring it up at your next doctor's appointment.

It took my wife several months to feel comfortable on a bike as well. It has to do with the healing of the sutures after an episiotomy. It takes several months actually. She preferred walking, low-impact aerobics, yoga and the stairclimber. The treadmill is not bad as well. Stay away from dancing and swimming for awhile.

If you are nursing, this is normal. Ask your ob/gyn if you are worried, but it's probably nothing. You'll get it in due time.

Congratulations on the birth!

If you are breastfeeding regularly, it is perfectly normal. If you have stopped breastfeeding, it is surely something to talk to your doctor about.
