Your at a perfectly healthy weight. Im 5'2" and i was 130 before i was pregnant and then i became a whole lot more lol. Trust me; If he is telling you to lose weight then why date him? Obviously he is only in it for the looks, and im pretty sure you can find a boy who is interested in not just your looks but personality too. That means the most in relationships. Also if he is making fun of you then why would you even want to be with him. Keep your head up and remember no matter how you look you should love yourself and never want to change who you are. You can't love others if you don't love yourself first :)

Never lose weight for a guy, if you want to lose weight do it for yourself. I personally don't think you are overweight. Not all guys like really tiny skinny girls look around a little and you will see healthy girls, and seriously weight girls with boyfriends so weight has nothing to do with it, you just have to find the right boy that likes you just the way you are.

I think you sound fine as you are. If you really want to get fit though, try walking 3 times a week for an hour each walk. Sounds a lot I know, but you'd be surprised how quick it goes.
Also try changing your diet: change to low/no fat milk, wholemeal bread (I know it's horrible but it's worth it) wholemeal pasta, and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and meat! Diet yoghurt and diet jelly is good. Also a protein drink is good. Drink PLENTY of water! Just by doing changing the way I eat and increasing my exercise, I have lost 6 kilos, not that I needed to, but I feel much better about myself.
Another good exercise is a 'fit ball', or a gym ball as some people call it. You can get one and they usually come with an exercise booklet to help you get started too.
You are only young, please don't go crazy!
As for that boy, I think he sounds like a dumbarse, and you are beautiful as you are and you definitely don't need to change for a boy! If they can't see your beauty, then they are a jerk and are not worth knowing!
Feel free to email me if you have any questions, or want any more hints!
GOOD LUCK!

What you need more than exercise at this point is counselling. You want to be with someone that thinks you are not a valuable human being, or at least not valuable enough to mean as much to him as even a bug does? Why? Do you imagine that somehow, through the force of being skinny, he is going to think you are worthwhile? You are 12 years old, THAT is the reason you have only had one boyfriend. Boys are barely aware of girls as something other than play friends at your age.
Even if you got 'skinny', what do you imagine is going to happen? This shallow child is going to become the man of your dreams and suddenly his whole personality is going to change into someone worth knowing? Not gonna happen kiddo, love who you are and surround yourself with GOOD people instead.

u r above average, but ur not overweight. r u muscular? because muscle weighs more than fat. for good excercises buy a cosmogirl megazine and they have a workout section with easy little workouts to get ur abs a little flatter. i did that and i could see a differance. or u could do old fashioned crunches. eat more veggies and fruits. and u know that meat stays longer in ur stomach than carbs do? and do not date that guy. he is a loser and if he only likes skinny girls,he sure only likes outside apperances, because u sound nice and friendly. screw him. there will be alot of those kinda guys and they r never any good. date a nice band geek who likes u for who u r. dont worry and if u ever need any support,im here for ya! -hetty age 12

For your height you should weigh 115-120 lbs...You are a tid bit overweight...If you wanna lose weight eat like fruits, vegetables, try to slack back on the meat and chips, cookies, and all the other junk food out there...
1.) jog around the block
2.) sit ups
3.) push ups
4.) eat right...
And about the boy, if he makes fun of you, then why would you want to date him..?¿ If i was you, then I wouldnt lose the weight for him, I would find sumone who likes you for you b/c thats all that matters..! Don't change for anyone but yourself...Make yourself happy, not others...

You aren't overweight at all! I'm 13, shorter, and I weigh more than you do. If you think that you weigh more than you should, try to remember that it could be some muscle, like me. Go to a doctor if you are really worried.

That is a healthy weight for your size. Trust me when I say this, you don't want to be with a guy who will only date you if you're skinny. He isn't worth it, hunny. And you ARE skinny!

i just met a nutritionist because im trying to lose fat and gain muscle.(so some of what i say wont have to do with you..)
i dont really know where to start so ill just start blabbering on if you dont mind...ill just list rules in their order of importance:
1-Eat a BALANCED diet...ask yourself if you got protein, fats, and carbs in each meal.
2-Fats are good...make sure your fats are from natural sources...as in; try lots of nuts and peanut butter is really good for you. Its weird but in order to burn fat you have to have fat....kinda like "in order to make money you have to spend it"
****Greasy or fats from processed foods are very bad****
3-Sugars can be very bad...(high-glycemic) sugars actually slow down the process of burning fat....you find them in processed food like soda, white bread, twinkies, etc.
4-The most important meal of the day is a small meal after you work out. If you dont eat a balanced meal (try some kind of protein bar) after you work out your body will end up burning muscle and organs instead of fat. You find high-glycemic sugar in PROCESSED food like candy, snack, etc.
5-NO PROCESSED FOODS...that means no white bread, twinkies, sodas
there's a lot more but those are the basics
and try to take 9,000-11,000mg of vitamin C per day. its basically the best vitamin out there plus us humans cant make it on our own. and take a multivitamin.
BUT dont go on a crash diet...everything i just said above works.
It will take a month of two to notice a difference but when you do you will be happy. Plus, it gives you the flexablity to be lenient with what you eat as long as it is BALANCED. think PCF(protein, carbs, fats)
****These rules are meant to make you into a healthier person and not to make you lose 20 lbs. in 2 weeks. You can definately lose over 20 lbs with this diet but it will be better for your body in the long run if you just let it go at its own pace.*****
