My best friend got taken away from her family. Her stepdad is crazy and my friend is home schooled. Her step dad did NOT WANT HER TO BE HOMESCHOOLED!!! Her dad also HATES HER OLDER BROTHER. So he called Difus. He told them that Her brother was sexually mallesting her younger sister. He thought that all they would do was take her brother to jail and they wouldn't let her be home schooled anymore. His plan back fired and they took the her and her little sister to foster care. Her mom used to have a mental problem but by the grace of God, she was healed. But the court held that against her. They treated her mom like she was crazy and her step dad like he was a god. Now she is back in the WORST SCHOOL IN THE STATE and even if she gets to go back home, she's not gonna be home schooled. Her mom said that when and if she gets her back, they were gonna move to another state!!! I'll probably never get to see her again. Please help me deal with this situation and also please pray for her.

Remember guys, her BROTHER DID NOT DO ANYTHING!!! Her step dad did. Some people are acting like it's her brother's fault. And my mom and her mom are really close friends so they talk everyday and my mom keeps me updated.

i will pray for her:) i think youre a great friend for being so concerend too by the way. it may take a while, but she will be returned to her parents. my half brother was taken away from his mom because of her drug usage, and we gained custody of him for a while. we gave him a wondeful home, but as soon as she cleaned up, they took him away from us and put him wiht her again. that wasnt in his best interest, but usualy, they do go back after everything cools down. as far as her having to move then. it will hurt like crazy, but you two can still keep in touch. i live in texas now and my BEST friend lives in new york. we talk everyday and e-mail too. we learned to appreciate one another a lot more instead of taking our friendship for granted. we are closer now than ever. change isnt always bad. we both went to school in georgia, but moved when we graduated... im happy and shes happy, even though we miss each other like crazy ( and our families and other friends.) you got the right idea about prayer, it does amazing things... keep it up, and i will too! god bless you!

This is a huge dilema. First, you should speak with your school counselor or ask your parents for help so that you can understand what's going on. I'm sure there's more to it than what's being told.

Next, be sure that your friend has your mailing and e-mail address. This way she can always stay in contact with you. She'll need a friend.

Legally, there's nothing that you can do. Emotionally, being her friend through all of this...is what she needs most right now.

U should speak to ur parents or counselor. Make sure they are aware of the information you have. It may be able to help your friend. Especially if she confided in you anything regarding her relationship with her brother.

speak to your parents, a counselor, someone and let them know it was a lie and what really happened. your friends brother may be mad but hes screwing up a lot of peoples lives right now. someone needs to do the right thing.
