Help! My school uniform is so strict...how am i actually supposed to look good @ skool?

Question

ok so here is the current school uniform:
tops: polo shirts ONLY (must be a solid color, no stripes)
bottoms: (since im a girl)kapris, pants, skirt, shorts. Skirts and shorts must be no longer or no shorter than 2in. above/below the knee. no sewn on pockets
Khaki or Navy ONLY!!!!!
must have a belt on at all times unless you are wearing a skirt
you shirt must be tucked in AT ALL TIMES
no hooded jackets, coats, sweaters ect...
sneakers or dressy/classy shoes only

so yeah, so every 1 @ skool wants to know how to get there
crush to like them... but theres only one problem
how can they if there wearing an ugly BEYOND hideous uniform?
i mean i know they could just ask them out, and they would be able to see each other in better clothes over the weekend or whatever but no 1 wants to ask n e 1 out cuz they think that how they ALWAYS dress... i hope this is making sence but
i need tips on places to go to get some fashionable colthes!

and this isn't just for me, its for a whole bunch of pple @ my school. so its not like I'm the one trying to look better than every 1 else.

and im 14, and its kinda strange at my school becuz, the teachers pick on you if you look bad. i have seen it, and its hurtfull.

and also some of my teachers even complain about how strict the uniform is for us. and they are always wearing expensive brand clothing

and not every 1 @ my school looks the same, they go to AE and Holister to get there clothes but im not that wealthy... most of us arent

I go to a privite school and we have uniforms 2!! Ours are navy blue "dress" pants and blue "uniform" shirts and "uniform" blue sweaters!! Here are my sugestions.... Bring clothes to change into after school if you stay after school!! Wear a shirt under your uniform shirt!! Dress up your uniform with some cute jewerly and makeup!! Wear some cute socks and shoes!! Do your hair cute with hair accessoris and stuff!! Wear a pretty belt!! Maby wear a tie I know its a boy think but that might look cute!! Thats all I got hope I helped!!

If you can't change the clothes, then make your hair/make-up look good. I know it may seem important to look great ( i was like that too ) but no ones gonna care what you look like, if you look like everyone else. Try not to worry about it to much. Try having fun, and you'll look good no matter what if you smile/laugh alot. I'm sorry you have a unifrom, it doesn't express uniqueness, but for some people its actually a good thing. Like for the people who can't buy big label brands.

I once had the same problem in my old school. We had to were white polo shirts with no logo and black pants. and either black or white shoes. Sucks right, however I always wore the hottest type of shirts like it would be all nice. Some nice shoes. Well what I'm trying to say is make good of what you have.

Looks like your only Crisis in life is to loook good for "guy" or "girls" wow...what a life...lol i just think this is funny..

theres a reason why your wearing a uniform...so that everyone looks the same and theres no reason for stupid people to try to top others in "brand name" clothing department...but looks like the uniform idea isnt getting in ur head....

Anyways if someone really likes you they wont judge you for your uniform because um Helloo you already said urself that everyone is practically wearing the same clothes...if "love" is meant to happen then it will....so just chill and stop making this a big deal..and focus on studies rather then the opposite gender...

they had an article of this in one of the teen magazines, i forget which one though.

on the other hand,
i could say you could wear a polo from any of the
stores, like american eagle, hollister, abercrombie.
for a skirt, get a cute one from any of those stores mentioned above, if you're allowed patchwork skirts, there's a really nice one at american eagle [i go there a lot, my brother works there]
as a note for dressy shoes, if you're allowed, you can get some pretty clogs, i wear them all the time.

FOR SKIRT STYLE I WOULD SUGGEST A PLEATED ONE THOUGH.

BALLET FLATS ARE INEXPENSIVE AND GO WITH EVERYTHING TOO. ALSO CHECK IF YOUR SCHOOL CONSIDERS CERTAIN CONVERSE OR VANS TO BE SNEAKERS, BECAUSE OFTEN TIMES THEY DO


LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE KEY TO EVERY OUTFIT IS THE ACCESORY

YOU CAN TRY JEWELERY, SCARVES, PURSES... SO MANY THINGS

Well a thought comes to mind...accessories. A really cool purse or backpack. How about cool jewerly. Have you ever gone to Claires Boutique? You can do your hair in cool styles and different updos! You can also change your makeup and wear different eyeliners and eyeshadows. I really think that cool accessories is the way to go! You can mix and max different headbands or bobby pins!

You should worry more about SCHOOL that the clothes that you wear. If you get a good education you will be wearing the designer stuff, if you get BAD EDUCATION, you will be wearing K-Mart or Wal-mart stuff!

Mine is more strict. We wear a white polo[at all times] undershirt tucked at all times inside, wear khaki or black pants wear black or white socks and wear leather shoes. And majority of my classmates have girl friends.

What you wear doesn't matter, school is for learning, and remember, looks don't matter!

I believe long skirts are excellent, you're covered up without the restrictions of slacks.
