No! NO! NO! The valuables that appear in rap videos are mostly borrowed or companies give them to them for publicity or advertising. Rappers do not get paid alot if they are not like Jay-z or a really popular rapper, shows do not pay alot. Alot of these rappers are putting on a front. I like rappers that keep it real like my Skwad brother Tame one and the rest of the BOOM SKWAD affiliates.

No. 95% of the artists you see in music videos are wearing clothes and driving cars that are owned by the labels. The artists have to pay the label from the sale of their CDs to cover the cost. Is there interest? That's another question. Now Jay Z, 50 cent, Eminem, Diddy, and Outkast got money. But that's because they have made most of it from doing live shows and because they're smart business men / read their contracts.

the ones that go on and become famous like jz does and he not alone,look at snoop,Parrnell gets thousands of dollars just for his lyrics,nelly,50 cent these rappers are muti millioners.there are a lot who are on their way to becoming millioners not to mention mary j,pink there's a hole list.some people don't understand your question your not asking do they own the things shown in the videos,but are they rich that the issue,they could afford to buy the things in the vidoes if they wanted them.lets not be haters.

not at first, you know for videos all the stuff they have on there you know cars and mansions and all that, are mostly rented.
Once they get known and sell a lot of albums (like every other artist) THEN they get their money for reals.
