when i capture image by (key on keyboard) print screen sysrq and paste in mspaint after this there is no image to save in jpeg file?

I think everyone is misunderstanding your question: You want to save a "snapshot" of something showing in a Media Player clip, right? But all you get is a black or blank box? I had the same issue and found this fix that actually works:

After image (in movie clip) is copied and pasted and saved then that becomes an image file instead of video file.
If you point mouse at the video-clip (without opening), press right (mouse button), a list of functions is displayed. Then choose
