Eminem, without a doubt. 50 Cent has made it because of sheer chance and really good producers like Dr. Dre to hold his hand with catchy beats like that of "In Da Club." You'll notice most of Eminem's beats are very simplistic and sometimes not all that catchy - that's because he relies on pure, lyrical talent, unlike 50 Cent. I can see where some might find a lot of 50 Cent's songs more "catchy," but if you're just going to judge raw talent, Eminem puts 50 to shame. Period.

Out of those two Eminem,But there are alot more rappers that are lyrically better for example Nas, or Mos Def or even Immortal Technique. But, I do think Eminem is very good at makin words ryme and makin it sound good. However, alot of people like 50 because of his delivery, but I think his lyrics are garbage. Its the same sh*t over the same beat.

eminems lyrics are actually good if you listen. but i find 50cent's make so sense at all. in one of his songs he says: We dont go no where without toast. ... like what?

Eminem. I'm not much of a fan of him, but G-Unit truly is garbage. Meaningless lyrics, little talent, absolute garbage.

If i really had to choose, i'd go with 50 cent - but i think they both need to work on their lyrics. It requires a bit less violence and a sprinkle of it making sense.
