Pikes Place Market & Seattle's waterfront ( you can have seafoods) are the best options you can have. You can have a nice view here.
See the reviews at yahoo travel. Go to travel, then to Seattle & go down the page to the top 10 popular attractions in Seattle. Number 1 is the Pike's Place Market. There are reviews here. Read it!
One suggestion is the Athenian Inn, where Tom Hanks had lunch in his movie, Sleepless in Seattle. There are other choices here where you can have breakfast, lunch & dinner. You can have your take out too. (http://pikeplacemarket.org/frameset.asp?flash=true)
At Seattle's Waterfront, there are reviews at yahootravel, I have read it also in other answers here at yahoo answers. Ivar's Acres of Clams is suggested!

If casual dining go to Mcdonalds, but if you wanted to go somewhere alittle more up-scale, you can do that with a two year old...Take a few crackers or something for her to snack on, take her a toy to hold her interest and go....The more you take her to restuarants, the more she will adapt to going.....but remember usually if your child is going to throw a tantrum, it usually some where in public, other people just don't understand that kids are just that kids.
