What moron gave you the idea breasts with implants are not real breasts?

It depends how the implant was placed in the body. Behind the muscle, I believe some ladies can still breastfeed.

Yes, you can still lactate and breast feed with implants - they do not remove your mammary glands when you have breast augmentation.

Yes they do and you can breastfeed as long as you check with your doctor to make sure they aren't leaking.
