What moron gave you the idea breasts with implants are not real breasts?

It depends how the implant was placed in the body. Behind the muscle, I believe some ladies can still breastfeed.

Yes, you can still lactate and breast feed with implants - they do not remove your mammary glands when you have breast augmentation.
