As soon as you design a dance, or compose a piece of music, you ARE a choreographer or a composer. Whether you're published is a separate matter entirely. If you want your work to be performed, give it to a dance company or ensemble for free. If it's good, people will ask for more, and even if they don't, do it if it's what you enjoy. As you get older, you'll learn more, and you'll get better.

approach any of your teachers attached to the stage, any and all types of performances. if you consider yourself real good, approach a public broadcast station if you have one near you. a network that specializes in home programming. if you convince them, you might be doing dance, with or without others, right there on tv for all to see
