well I'm not too sure of your whole situation but what I would do is she if I could work over the weekend getting as much money as I could get then go to the city and ask for an extension and so them that you are trying under these tough times and see if you can put that money towards it

Christ dude thats easy I assume You haven't gone through the process of eviction if you have your screwed sheriffs will be there Monday but there is a lenghty process for eviction legally that is if your landlord just told you to be out monday that means nothing you have to get a legal three day notice then you say no then your landlord has to file a 30 day with the courts for a trial but that usually takes like six weeks the court schedule is so packed but the thing is when the court date comes your going to loose but you don't even show up you use the 6 weeks to build up enough to go some where else

Talk to the land loard, hopefully if you are on good terms, you can work something out. I have a few rental properties and I really didn't want to evict my tenant but they kept dodging me & not returning my calls. After serving an eviction notice they knew I was serious and we worked something out. I expect your landlord may be willing to work with you. Otherwise, the onlyway to stop an eviction is to pay the outstanding balance in full. Anyway you can get a loan from a family member or friend?

Usually, an eviction is not an immediate thing; anywhere from 30 to 90 days can be required. If you were not given more than three days to evict, you might want to double-check with your local Housing Authority, or with the Sheriff's office. If you can afford to seek legal counseling, that would be your best bet - there are even some places that give a free consultation, and they can be very helpful.

You should have contacted the property management to try to work out a deal WAY before now. The only way you MIGHT be able to stop an eviction now is to fork over money.

Legal Aid. Ask Directory Assistance for the telephone number, or look them up online.
Or, look in the white pages of the telephone directory. If the city where you live has Law Schools call the law schools Monday and ask if they can help you.

Fish do no longer swallow human beings and then belch them out finished some days later. yet possibly you should spike their lunch precise in the past the subsequent around of drug-testing?
