I´ve been around with friends who talk and look normally, and then I found out they had just smoked marihuana. Even some of my college teachers are supposedly "high" while giving class, but there´s no telling.

It really depends on the person.
If they are a regular user, then it is possible that you couldn't really tell.
If they are not regular users, but only use it occassionally, well, they generally tend to talk a lot, laugh a lot, have the munchies, want to just hang out and chill and seem paranoid about everything. Also, they will probably have red eyes (unless they used eyedrops) and they're eyes will be just little slits (hence the name "getting pie eyed") and of course there's always the chance you would smell it on them.

really you cant always tell if someone is high on pot Iv been smoking it for over 20 yrs everyday and no one could tell i was high it never affected my work performance or anything and some days I would soaring , so its no surprise you couldn't tell but that doesnt make them bad either its only pot its nature's way of saying high

Is this a good teacher?
If so, why would you care?
If it is a bad teacher, it is unlikely that his pot smoking is the biggest issue.

yea, after i started smoking, i realized that anyone at any time could be high.. red eyes can be taken away with eye drops.. look for lots of laughter. That's what usually gives me away..
