Daxter was a blast if you like platform games. I am playing the new Dungeon Siege right now and it is pure Dungeon Siege, but the load times are a little long.
My favorite PSP game to date has been Tokobots, if you haven't tried it, I really recommend it.

Final Fantasy 12, if you like role-playing and fighting.
Or Guitar Hero 2... it's fun even for non-musicians.

Have you tried Scarface: The world is yours? It's awesome! One of the best. Extremely violent but i love it! Recommended!
