Well, there is nothing wrong with it. In fact, medical practitioners may even recommend it at times. Religiously, that is a different thing, as it is seen as a sin for "spilling the seed". I feel that IF you want to stop because it makes you unhappy and miserable, you should. However, stopping this should be voluntary. Also, there might be a deep reason why you do this. Maybe you have a stress, trauma that forces you to do this...or maybe you don't. If you feel dirty or distressed from this behavior then maybe there is a need for you to look deeper into your feelings and discover the root of the problem. Of you feel good and happy after, then maybe its just that you need to have a stress releasor. The next time pay attention to how you feel. If you do choose to go ahead and stop this behavior then don't try to stop cold turkey. Try to limit it to 5, 4, 3,2,1,0 every week. If you fall, that's OK...don't be discouraged. Just keep going. Reward your self and think about something else, watch a movie, read, study and so on. whatever you do NEVER FEEL GUILTY!!! you are a strong person and I admire your courage in asking this question.

I not sure, but, from your name I will assume you female. People are not addicted to sex, it a natural part of being alive. I would say Human, but, Animals, Birds, etc. do it too.
OK, the sex drive is driven by energy, expend energy in other areas and your sex drive can slow. I know people may disagree, it a matter of opinion. But, this why they sell those drugs to men for "Limp Wiener" or whatever they call it. Men think it a problem, because they told this to sell the drug. It really a state of mind and physical. You tired and brain dead at the end of the day and sex not a big deal, energy has expired. Drug, help energy.
OK, with my Theory stated. Get involved in different things, then your sex drive may slow. I know mine will, that why, I not work much or get depressed, keep the ol' "Wanger" standing proud and ready to serve the American woman. ;-p

Anything that causes pleasure can become an addiction. Obviously since you want to cut down and are having a hard time of it it, I think that would qualify as one. Not saying there is anything wrong with masturbating. You just don't want it to control your life and thoughts. I understand this because I desire to be in complete control of myself and my body. I think people who act on a whim are weak minded. My advice to you, get a hobby. Or try working out.

I accept as true with many of the solutions. yet do not ask him if he will see a counselor approximately his sexual addictions. tell him if he desires to stay married, he HAS to. you do not choose that. I went with the aid of an identical concern with my husband, yet not very nearly as huge as your concern. this is not undemanding on you as a spouse, quite once you're nonetheless attracted to him and choose to be greater intimately in contact. this is not commonplace for men to visual reveal unit porn each and all the time. We in basic terms have one million dvd that we watch each so often, and we in basic terms watch it mutually. That substitute into the contract we made as a style of compromise to our concern. be certain you visual reveal unit his utilization of the pc, quite if this is shared with the aid of your loved ones. the final difficulty you pick is your women by twist of fate stumbling upon one in all daddy's grimy little secrets and strategies. solid for you for being so in contact! some men could say in basic terms bypass away him on my own, be grateful he's not bugging you, blah blah blah. yet it somewhat is your husband and you'll be greater advantageous than adequate for him.

There is no problem with masturbating. It is a natural way to release tension, and end stress. It benefits your skin, hair and follicles. People who tell you masturbating is wrong are simply uninformed prudes who just don't want you to have fun. If you enjoy doing it, keep on doing it. There are no physical or mental drawbacks to it. Who cares what other people do?

Why do you say you're "addicted" to masturbation? If you masturbate less than 4 times a day, it's perfectly OK, and you really can't say you're "addicted" unless you masturbate so often you cannot carry out your daily activities (school, work, eating meals, bathing ect).

Do you REALLY masturbate that often?
