i have a hard niple for like a month. i'm14 in 8 th grade is something wrong with me?

Have your mom take you to your pediatrician- it's probably nothing, but since it is a month, you want to have it looked at by a professional to make sure- and the doc can give you the peace of mind that everything is okay...........

no this is not ubnoramal now your body is ready to growing up. so don't worry about that .take care yourself and study hard.
start to do yoga once a day daily.
