No such thing as Yahoo finance for buying things, only for the stock market research. They probably want to use it by you sending all your personal info and they send you their info. They then want you to send them money via Western Union and they will send you a tracking number in which Yahoo finance will ensure the vehicle is packed, shipped and taken to a local place for you to inspect. If it is not to your liking, yahoo finance will refund your money.
The problem is when you send money this way is all they have to do is have you have it made out to Yahoo finance C/O the persons name, at the Westen Union state they are have money to pick up, show a false ID, and pick up the money. You will never see it again. If you try to contact them afterwards, they will tell you they need more money - poof! that money is gone without a trace also. They may give you a number to a cell phone as the number for Yahoo finance to trace your item, but it's a false number and you will only get the run around.
Anytime anyone wants to go around Ebay's rules by using Craigslist, Ebay, Yahoo, Google, etc financing, more than likely it's made up. Very few companies act as a middleman between sellers. Especially if wiring money is involved. Don't send them any personal info as they could use it to try Identity theft, or worse (although rare) set-up your place to be robbed.
Stick with the legitimate ways to pay and do it all through ebay. That way you can report any suspicious activity without loosing money.
If it's too good of a deal, be very suspicious. And never buy a car from overseas unless you have someone there who can verify it's authenticity.

Contact Ebay and ask!
If you prefer to pay by another method, tell the prospective seller what your preference is.
