Your question doesn't make much sense. I think you're asking what happened to Jack , Sawyer and Kate on the island. They were taken to another island and systematically tortured by "Henry" who's real name is "Ben". When it left off Jack was doing surgery on "Ben" for a malignant tumor on his spine. Now Jack is threatening to let him die if Kate and Sawyer are not released. What happens next is anyone's guess......
