concieving between a man who is blood group A+ and a woman who is O+??

None, that I am aware of. Blood typing does not matter when you are trying to conceive. It is only after you are pregnant that you would have a problem and, since you are both positive, you probably won't have any problems anyhow!

nothing...be happy that you have positive blood though because if your blood was neg then you would have to have a shot during your pregnancy then also after your pregnancy if you baby was a pos...you are soo lucky
