Well if its an ABC show then you can go to www.abc.com and they have their shows on there and you can watch them for free all networks should do that but anyway go to www.tv.peekvid.com its the best forget YouTube.com it sucks now

I know abc, nbc, and cbs have their prime time shows available online the day after they air. There are probably others.
