Question: identify who the people most affected are on each side of the controversy, and what rights you believe they have.

My topic in this Ethics Paper is: publication of photos showing gore, violence, or nudity

(Basically I am going to say it mainly effects the people who wath it but i also want to add the people who regulate what gets put on television in the US)

I would also like 2 know who regulates what get sput in the news, and movies.

My best advice is to proofread before you submit your paper. Make sure you say affect, affects or affected because effect etc is a rarely used verb that doesnt mean the same thing.

The journalist decides what story he/she wants to tell. The editor then decides what is appropriate to show then the directors/owners of the specific stations can decide to air or not air. The Federal Communications Commission can state specific decency guidlines and levy fines and yank licenses to broadcast but they cannot really prevent stations from airing material (unless of course they yank the license).
