First have you talked to you Obgyn to see what they have to say? If your doctor tells you that everything with the baby is fine then i wouldn't worry about it. Every body is different and so is every pregnancy believe me (im on my 3rd)... It depends on how tall you are and how big you are... I wouldn't worry about it enless your doctor tells you that there is something wrong!!

Every woman is different. As long as your doctor says that everything is fine and your baby is growing normally, and you can feel him/her moving..then you are ok. I have 2 friends that are pregnant and we are all due within a couple of weeks of each other...one is huge and the other is tiny. I am huge too!! I also had a cousin that had a baby and at the time, she was 18 and was at a boarding school in New Zealand. She didn't tell anyone that she was pregnant and nobody had a clue. She went to the nurses office complaining of back pain and gave birth to a very healthy 7 1/2 lb. baby girl...Never even changed uniform sizes.
So dont worry! :)

Firstly, are your dates right?
Usually, with first babies, (because your body hasn't done this stretching before and the muscles are generally still tight) you will not show as significantly. Chances are in your next pregnancys you will show very quickly and may be bigger.
Could it also be that your baby is just small because of genetics(you may have been a small baby or a small person).
You may be carrying in such a way that you don't look big.
My mother wore normal clothes right up until 7 - 8 months in her first and second pregnancies.
If you are very concerned, please see your dr. I am sure your ultrasound results would have shown if there was something signiificantly wrong.
If you are smoking, this may cause your baby to be small or underweight.
Best of luck, the weight may double in your 8th and 9th week

I had a friend whose sister didn't show till she was like 7 or 8 months along. And it's not like she was fat & hiding it, either. She was stick-thin with NO boobs, so.....it was abnormal. The baby was perfectly fine, though, as I recall. There are anomolies. If you're REALLY concerned about it, talk to your doctor. An ultrasound should determine the approximate size and weight of the fetus.

Morning ailment is distinctive for each lady; it could final purely for some weeks, some months, or possibility via the entire being pregnant. you ought to be between the fortunate ones who purely had it for the 1st few weeks of being pregnant and now it particularly is commencing to subside. i would not worry to plenty approximately it. The occasional sharp pains on your abdomen which you're talking of ought to be your uterus increasing and attempting to get waiting for the weeks and months forward on your being pregnant. in case you experience uncomfortable, or the rigors worsen, in any different case you experience bleeding, quite some discharge, or don't experience reliable, i'd via all capacity touch your wellness care specialist and talk it. in the event that they experience it particularly is something that they'd want you to come back in for a beforehand wellness care specialist's appointment and./or ultrasound they enable you be conscious of and make the call. by no capacity experience like your being a discomfort on your wellness care specialist's eye, via calling with questions or concerns because of the undeniable fact that purely proves how worried you're approximately your new child and how reliable of a mom you would be! I continually say i'd somewhat be risk-free than sorry. reliable success.

Everyone that didn't know that my wife was pregnant thought that she was just getting fat. She didn't have what you would call a typical shape. HOWEVER the baby turned out fine and that's all that matters. Congratulations on your little miracle.
