Ditto to what Ang. said. Changes in bowel movements is normal. Prenatal vitamins are very strong. Some people become sick from them too. Any problems or changes you have should be discussed with your doctor.

Best Wishes,

Sue

It could be the Iron in the Prenatal vitamins... Most people that have problems with theyre bowls while using Any kind of vitamins would have problems with constipation.... I would say that its the Iron though... If its making you feel as though you need to change them or is making you worried then talk to your doctor...

Very potent multivitamins can make you pee almost green, so I'm sure a potent prenate can make you poop funny. Unless it's purple, I don't think you have a whole lot to worry about.

yes it is normal..dont listen to anybody that tries to freak you out about it...think about it logically...your pooh is all the junk your body doesnt need or already has too much of...so now instead of just getting rid of junk wastes your body is also getting rid of vitamins that it doesnt need because it is getting enough of...can turn it all kinds of colors...my vitamins turned mine dark green....then to coal black...your body does adjust...but your pooh..as long as your on the vitamins...is either really sticky lol(if that makes since) and is usually dark dark green or black..at first tho..its all kinds of weird colors..dont worry.

Its most likely the iron in the vitamins.

Look on the bottle to see what the side effects are. Did you eat a bunch of vegetables too? Call your doctor and doublecheck.

I don't know about green, but mine turned black due to all the extra iron according to my doctor
