For his involvement in Habitat for Humanity, it id hard not to like him. When he was president though, he made a very serious mistake. He took terrorism to lightly. When Americans were held hostage he waffled far too much. It caused him to lose his second term bid for the white house. Legally he could run again, but, his age puts him out of really pursuing it. he has become far to left politically to have much support.

I like Jimmy Carter too. I'm sure he doesn't want to run for anything, but is perfectly happy with all of the work he does now.

Check him out at the Carter Center web site listed below. He's proven to be one of our best ex-Presidents.

America needs to support fresh new talent. Spread the best of your ideas around and give a pat on the back to the leaders who are trying their hardest.

That means you should go to your town meetings and find out what's going on. Take time away from Yahoo to write them. It's easy and fun! In other words, show what YOU can do! ;)

Jimmy Carter has the nation in his heart. Some didn't appreciate his message. He is still involved but doesn't need the stress and weight of this brand of leadership again.

I think he may be running for the grave next. Isn't he pretty old? I'm not too inclined to support a man who was unable to support the present leadership. To be a leader one must know what it is to be led. Jimmy Carter has a likable smile.

I doubt that Jimmy Carter will run something on a big of a scale as President. He could certaintely be involved in politics, but not that national.

I really like Jimmy Carter too. I believe he is a very honest man and is a humanitarian. He was a great president. If he chose to run for any kind of office again I certainly think he would be a very good choice for whatever function he is elected for. I like his wife Roselyn too.

Get ready for some mindless abuse from the brainless ones. Yes, Jimmy is a good person, the last honorable person to occupy the Whitehouse.

I think he deserves to live out his life without the flak that is heaped on him for not being a criminal like the current alleged president.

I liked him too. Too bad he was never able to actually accomplish anything positive for his country, or the world, while he was president.

Come to think of it, he still hasn't actually accomplished anything.

He does make good sounding speeches though.
