At 13 or 14, you don't need much makeup at all, if any. I couldn't wait to wear makeup when I was that age and I bugged my mom until she let me. Now I hardly ever wear it because it's too much of a hassle to apply and I don't like the feel of it on my skin! :-) Anyway, if you're going to wear makeup at that age, keep it light. Stick to peaches and pinks (depending on your skin tone) and just a few products. You don't need to go all out with foundation, powder, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, lipstick, etc. If you have a natural blush to your cheeks, use just a bit of sheer, shimmery powder to highlight the apples of your cheeks. A clear or very light colored lip gloss is also a good option. As for brands, Mary Kate & Ashley have a makeup line out that you can find at Wal-Mart. Wet-n-Wild is also very reasonable.

If you already have nice long lashes, then try a clear formula for mascara such as the Max Factor No Color Mascara. It's fairly cheap and you can buy it at Walmart. It will just give you an added boost, but still look natural. Perfect for your age!
Secondly you could use a tinted moisturizer if you have any redness you want to cover up. Stay away from cakey foundations. Nuetrogena makes a nice tinted moisturizer, and you can buy it at Walmart too.
To finish it off, get a nice light pink lip gloss. You're still young, so you don't need that much make-up. Trust me, you'll regret it. I started wearing make-up at 12, and didn't know what I was doing when I applied all that foundation and eyeliner and eyeshadow. Basically I looked like a drag queen. xD
So don't do what I did, go light with the make up. =]

At 13, I would just say lip gloss and blush. Maybe a little bit of mascara. Not trying to push any particular products but if you know someone who sells Mary Kay cosmetics they can help you choose colors and teach you to put it on yourself. You could also go to a makeup counter in the mall and they can help you. This may be more expensive doing it this way but you will save money because you know the colors work for you. The same with Mary Kay (except they are reasonably priced). Trying before you buy is really the way to go, I remember when I was about your age and first started wearing makeup I had some real disasters with color selection and wasted money in the process.

Hey !
Well you can have any type of makeup, but you shouldn't put it all together, but the essentials you should have are a black eyeliner, a beige or very light pink eyeshadow, thatblends in with your skin colour. If you already have black curled eyelashes, i'd suggest you just get an eyelash curler, you wet you eyelashes a bit with water and then curl them, or you can jsut have a plain black mascara around it wont hurt, you can have qa really light pink blush and a pink or nude lipgloss
Hope I helped !

Just play around with different products.
You'll find what works for you.
Tinted lipbalms/ gloss. Pretty eyeshadow colors. What color are your eyes? If they're blue, brown and coppery shades will look pretty. If you have brown eyes, try subtle purples and golds.
Don't forget to cleanse and moisturize your face. A glowy and clean complexion is key.
For reasonably priced cosmetics, try a drugstore. However, I recommend department store cosmetics because the quality is just not there in drugstore brands.
Oh, and make sure you don't pile on the eyeliner. It doesn't flatter anyone.
Since you have long and dark eyelashes already, you can use a curler to make them look super gorgeous. I speak from experience!
Good luck finding products you'll love!

I think it's wonderful that you're asking this, so many young girls today wear so much make up and t just looks trashy.
I'd say try mascara, it does make eyelashes pop. if you don't like ti don't use it. I use maybelline mascara, but wet 'n wild is a really good brand and is the cheapest. I'd try some pale eyeshadows, colors that you like but pale so it's just a slight touch of color. maybe some lip gloss in a cute color or clear. if you have bad skin try just a powder foundation compact.
as for brands... Jane, Wet n' Wild, and N.Y.C. are all aimed for the younger audience. they should have appropriate and fun colors and such. We n' Wild and N.Y.C. are the cheapest, but Jane has a wider selection. Maybelline is also fairly cheap and good quality. hope that helps!

A 14 year old girl should use New York colours makeup and cover girl because they are good brands but are very light. Depending on the kind of taste you have, you should decide whether you want to have mascara or not. Usually you want to wear it when you want to define the colour on your eyelids. For a price, if you want a good piece of makeup, you may want to go for something that is 5 to $6's.

All a girl your age needs is a little bit of mascara to open up your eyes and some Benetint ( $28.00, Benefit makeup) for color on your lips and cheeks, use a small amount, and lip gloss. The most important thing is for you to wash your daily ( never go to sleep in makeup EVER!!) exfoliate every now and always moisturize. Use sunscreen from this day on till the day you die,and don't live your life too insanely because all of that will show up on your face.

mascara is always a plus but at your age i would wear clear mascara, it just helps add some length to your eye lashes. wear light brown or gold tone eyeshadow and lip gloss and it doesnt have to have a lot of color in it either maybe a light shade of pink with more gloss to it then anything. At your age i would use NYC makeup its not overly expensive and it works really well. Sometimes I still use it but as a professional in this area now I wear Max Factor its more expensive but its really good so if you can afford a a more expensive make up i would use max Factor if not just use NYC or cover girl something you can buy at walmart. Have fun and dont ever wear alot of make up deffinatly not at your age

I am 14 and I wear maybeline mascara, they have a new mascara brush that is kind of like a comb, that way you don't have all the messy clumps, i wear light shimmer eyeshadow from Revlon or light purple, browns, and pinks from NYC. Oh yeah to top it off I use clear lip gloss. (lip gloss will keep its shine and color...if you use a pink or rose color...if you put chap stick on first the put on your gloss.) You can go to Wal-Mart to get all of this. Oh yeah, if any acne comes up I use cover girl. It looks like a lipstick put it is skin colored. It works great.(Can also be purchased at Wal-Mart or a drug-store.)
