People think this because according to them, you've escaped death so many times but is it the fact that you think that you they're full of B.S. or that you don't think that you won't live up to their expectations? You can choose what and how come out as a person instead of following other people's expectations. I think you will turn out to be successful and using what you went through to encourage others.

Wow, that is a sad story! You are not alone! I wonder that myself every day. My best friends mom was crazy and physically abusive to the point of broken bones & a skull fracture, in foster care she was repeatedley sexually assaulted, pregnant at 16 by rape. When they shipped her back to her mom, (who was a meth addict) her moms boyfriend beat & raped her. When I met her, she was living in a shelter w/her baby (the product of another rape) We were at the same therapist, where I was getting counseling for the death of my 4 month old son...& feeling so low, this girl made me believe I was gonna be ok. She was able to smile thru all the pain, and she was such a good mom to that baby, even tho it was the product of a brutal rape. I can tell you she is one of the most wonderful people I have ever known! She told me that there must be a reason why this stuff happens, even if we might not understand. You are going to do something great, just hold on. She saved me from a time in my life I thought I'd never get thru. Maybe you will help kids with birth defects, or who knows? Just hang in there. You have a whole life ahead, and you can be something great! You get to answer your own question...Do you have a purpose? Only you can decide that, and choose what to do from now on. I hope you are okay...

I suspect people like to accredit you with being here for some purpose, because that would justify their existence with their mediocrity. Like, you've already suffered so much, you must be special, because they're just everyday people and THEY're here! BUT, who knows what this question even opened up, right? You'll be on Oprah next month as her Angel! Think of all of the "coincidences" that had to take place throughout time for you to even BE here without all the additional stresses you've undergone, but don't think that you're required to live to a higher standard because of your purpose. Sometimes I'm convinced my purpose is just that I haven't fallen asleep driving home after a 75 hour week!

Everyone's life has a purpose, most often unknown to themselves. Your life will affect others without you knowing you are doing anything. This is a good thing. Many people have been in your "shoes" and also have felt worthless. I lost a 2 year child to an unknown heart problem and have to deal with this every moment of my life. The only thing that gets me through this is the effect his short life had on my life--and it was a good thing.

you are here asking your question aren't you? yes, you are here for a reason. people only learn through stresses, if not their own, other people's. You are both a student and a lesson for those of us who come into contact with you, and when a message is given, through people they know that you will never know the messages spread throughout the world. it is the little people who suffer who actually affect the future of the world the greatest amount. I hope I am one of those little people, and I know you are.
someday someone will create a wonderous philosophy of life and believe it to be their own. it will not have been. rather it is the culmination of your message to the world. you and all the others who do likewise

pay attention on your father he has been around alot longer then you definately and he's plenty wiser. As you mature you will of course see that scientist did not create the earth. God created the earth like your dad pronounced. Scientist are nevertheless reading issues in the universe and earth that they are in a position to't clarify nor understand. Please do not provide guy the credit. they don't look to be that smart. in the event that they made the earth then they could desire to nicely known what to do to restoration all the matters in the worldwide yet they are in a position to't, in basic terms God can.

I think you are not alone
Many similar things have happened to me, and I am here for a purpose.
most of my incidents took place well before my 21st birthday (near death, broken skull, driving accident etc)
I now am married and have 3 beautiful teenagers.
Everyone is here for a purpose - you must try to find joy in your life. Live for others by giving of yourself. Honour your parents and your siblings. Enjoy life. It's worth it.
Blessings to you

After having all these things happen, and you're still here--it means you're one of the survivors. Don't talk like you're giving up now! As you said, you're only 14--many things can come along in your life to prove you are needed. Be strong, and God bless.

What do you think? Thats all that matters....
Find a purpose....and then you'll certainly be here for it. Then make it happen....and then people will say that you were here for a purpose and you did good....
