Use a good quality, strong odour , floor cleaning solution, install a electrical Fly/Insect killer & last but not the least wield a stout swatter.

Fly paper... it's sticky, cheap and there's only the hanging up that requires effort. Be careful though if you plan on baking bread or anything that requires "rising" because your dough won't rise properly.
