My computer screen gets dark all the time and I have to press on Fn-F2 to get it bright and active again. This really disturbs my usage of the computer. What do I do to stop that definitely?

The screen will usually do this if you have not been active on the computer, it's to conserve the screen and energy. Right click on the screen, click properties on the pop-up, click screen saver, click setting and set turn of monitor to never.

The monitor or display of a computer is the primary user interface. Monitor problems are some of the most common computer problems since the voltages inside a monitor can be as high as 10 KV. Many of the problems can be fixed yourself by simply changing the settings. Detailed instructions available at http://fixit.in/monitor.html

Minimize everything. On your desktop (screen), right click. A menu will appear. Click on properties. A menu appears, click on the Screen Saver tab. Click on 'Power." Choose "Never" under "Turn off monitor." Good Luck.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
