1994 crown victoria not running no fuel no spark,help please?

Question

just purchased,police intercepter model,turns over but no spark and no fuel,new fuel pump ,relays ,plugs.......what else can it be?ecm???

There is a good chance that there is a loose or missing "extra" wire that is not connected to the battery negative terminal. If this is the case, the PCM cannot control the engine, because it cannot get a ground to complete the circuits.
If the wire is connected, it is time to retrieve the diagnostic trouble codes to see what is missing or what may be at fault.

NOTE:---->The meter in unnecessary. Make the other connections as illustrated, but instead of using a meter, sit in the driver's seat and pay attention to the "Check Engine" light. It will flash the codes to you, but pay attention, they only come through one time. If you lose count, or think you got lost, turn the key off for > 20 seconds, and start over.
With the codes in hand, use a repair manual for directions in diagnosing and repairing the fault.

what did you do with the fuel injectors? check that for the fuel, but for the spark. hmm if it turns over than its gettin spark, but if you say so...then check the spark plug lines. there may be an open circut somewheres.

Put the gears in neutral and ask some people push the car, as speed raised, turn the ignition on and in sudden bring the gear to L1....

did you check the gas filter.it could be the coil pack and module.
