Theres this guy at work that is really getting on my nerves. He asks for a ride home every time I work with him. I feel bad for him because he doesnt have a car and usually takes the bus, but he asked me for rides on the weekends because the bus doesnt run then, but now he asks me all the time! I'm fed up, I wanted to go to the store today after work but no, can I get a ride? He smells bad sometimes, doesnt give me any money and I really dont want him in my car. I dont trust him. What should I do? How do I tell him to get out of my hair?

say that you volunteer at the local church for holy rollers....and that you need to stop there first things first.....that should scare him off!

I really am at a loss here because I feel sorry for the fact that he doesn't have a car and has to take the bus. I think it is very kind and generous of you to give him a ride home. I think he should give you a couple dollars here and there for gas. You're either going to have to tell him flat out you can't do it anymore, or make up some excuse like you have a dr.'s appointment to go to, or continue as you are doing.

lol sorry to laugh, but i had the same thing happen to me. why not come out and tell him that from now on he has to find another way of getting home. that you have been riding him for x amount of time and he has yet to offer you gas money and that you feel that he has taken advantage of you.i would like to know, how far away from you does he live? if he is right on the way, then just come out and ask him for gas money. dont lie to him about anything, you need to be open and honest.if he smells then tell him he smells and thats another reason he needs to find another way home.that you dont like him getting in your car with the way he smells at times. please dont make up excuse like others on here said you should do. you like for people to be honest with you right? well im sure he does too. and dont talk to him about this in front of your co-workers, that just would not be right.

you have to learn to put your foot down ,
draw a line in the sand.
you are not a taxi,
nor a charity,
he is taking avantage of your simpathy,
he is not your responsibility,
and asosiate with people you don't trust.
you are not his mommy.
tell him no, and if he asks why.
tell him you are a charity fund,
and not to work weekends, if there is no bus
tell the boss about the stress he is putting on you.
it is the bosses job to keep business runnig smothly
and that bum is makeing waves.

just tell him its not convenient for u say u are picking up someone else or say u are going out to meet others urgently. just fnd some excuses to reject him off for a few times n he will stop asking as time pass by.

tell him you got a ticket for your rider not wearing a seatbelt & your insurance company won't cover any riders for one year. So if you can't insure him, your not comfortable giving him a ride.
