You need to understand that the CM Punk / Kelly Kelly pairing is a storyline for tv purposes.
In real life, CM Punk is dating Maria.
Maria even said that she is dating CM Punk in an interview.

Maria and CM Punk have been dating for a jointly as now (even till now he joined ECW), yet i think of Kelly Kelly in basic terms went on one date with attempt and that became it because of the fact no one mentions they're at the same time now and it would probably be on wikipedia in the event that they have been. i'm hoping that solutions your question.
