It is hilarious. Typing in "miserable failure" also works. However, this is not a statement by the Googlemasters. These results are generated because of a practice called "googlebombing" wherein pranksters can cause certain results to show up.

You can type in miserable, failure, or miserable failure, and your top result is President Bush's biography on the official White House site. According to everyone else it is googlebombers, which means I've learned something new. I don't usually like pranks, but in this case I must say, "Good job pranksters! Keep up the good work!!". I, for one, find it halarious!!
