I've found replacement panels but they need to be cut. How can I cut them. I tried a Dremel tool with cutting blade but it broke the panel.

Try putting a strip of ductape along the line you are trying to cut, and cut directly through the tape. Also, only cut an inch at a time, then pause for a few seconds. This will prevent the panel from heating up too much, which is most likely the reason it is splitting.

Use a straight edge and score both sides a few times. Use a sharp razor knife to do the scoring, and go a little deeper on each pass. The panel should then snap clean.

Nearly any wood working circular saw will cut the plastic easily, especially with a carbide blade. I cut my plastic panels on my table saw. If you don't possess such a saw, find a friend with a circular saw, corded or cordless. Use a yardstick or strip of wood as a guide and cuty away. It will be messy, but harmless. Since the plastic is quite brittle, consider supporting it with foam board and actually cutting into the foam a bit when you cut. If you don't have foam, a couple of layers of corrugated cardboard should work.

wherever you bought the panels should sell a plexiglass type scoring tool.
