It all depends on the type of blouse your wearing.....With a cute and dressy blouse you could definitely pull the heels off....

Depends on the style of capris also. If they are cargo then dont wear those. But if they are nice capris then wear them as long as your top is nice as well. I love heels though. I would wear high heeled slippers if they made them.

NO WAY , if paired with the correct top. Make it a dressy, pretty top not a tee and you'll look great.
heels and a nice top makes jeans classy and a little more dressed up. GO for it.

I have worn similar shoes with Capri's, and a silk shirt. I even wore them to a club once with sheer black stockings and it was a huge hit on the dance floor. Not recommended for day time, but great for exotic night life.

no way ive always thought that open toe sandal type heels are cute with capris well wear them cute with like a black shirt that is sort of fancy but too fancy

it truly is so warm and lovable. i respect the heels, and the capri's would seem large with them. surely purchase them. Oh and the blue cobalt patent leather-depending belt will actually supplement the shoes which will make the outfit seem even extra useful!! That outfit is large!!! i love it!!!

No those are just right. If you can walk in a heel that thin, you doing better than me. I just think it's too cold, lol.

They look pretty fancy, but you can wear anything that you think looks good.
People pull of outfits I couldn't all the time! Go for it!
