I'm not sure but I am a Pisces and I know that my relationships have always started out really good and then slowly disintegrated and usually ended in trouble. Although I am willing to bet that a lot of people could say that. Perhaps there is some truth to it since they say that Pisces can be charmers, so they can impress people in the beginning but later on the charm may fade away.

i dont, i had no choice but to have lived with one most of my life ... as my father is a pisces. personally i dont have the best relationships but as a practicer of astrology i know not all pisces are like that. anyways the major fault i see in most pisces is they usualy dont stand up for themselves... but they will stand up for others in a heartbeat.
and i know not all pisces fit this mold ... but this is a general trait most of them have if not overshadowed by another trait from one of there many other aspects houses and such in there chart.

I don't agree with staying away from Pisces. Although they are very dreamy they are actually good people. So don't believe everything you hear

I have never heard that. I think most of them that I have meet just like myself, are good people but not all.

It's probably because most Pisceans are emotional & sensitive people. Their moodiness can be irritating to those who can not relate to their sensitivity.
