I got a suit for $14 from a thrift store. I wore it for holloween, to dances, to a cast party and for a final project for an art class. I also wore the jacket part by itself almost daily until i lost it on the bus and someone took it. Yeah, that was one fine purchase.

Edit: The person above reminded me of this. i had an eddie bower bag with a lifetime warrenty and for like 5 years i got a new bag for school because they would all rip in someway. the finally refused to replace it again, which sucks, but that was an awesome deal too.

We bought a microwave in 1977 and have used it every day since.
I also bought a fake Dooney & Bourke billfold at a yard sale for $1 and sold it on eBay for $30 (I advertised it as a fake)

a $250 coach purse...they are lifetime guaranteed so if it ever starts to wear out, you just take it to a coach store and they send it in, and the either fix it or send you a full credit for a brand new bag of your choice. I'm on my 3rd brand new bag in 3 years, with just paying for the first one!
