My husband always goes out and buys whatever he wants and never leaves us anything to get him for Christmas, birthdays, Father's Day, etc!!! Plus, I'm trying to "de-stuff" our house so I don't want to get him generic gifts to clutter things up again. He's not the sentimental type so the scrapbook I made him last year didn't go over so well, either!

Ask him, that is a good idea. My husband and I ask each other, and this year, I don't want anything, we are ok with that. He is getting some fancy shock for our 4x4, and we are making a couple of donations to charity. sometimes people outgrow the gift thing, or maybe it never was a big thing for us. don't stress out about it, it is supposed to be fun, You could put a ribbon on and give him the ultimate "gift".

A few weeks or so before any special ocassions like Xmas, his birthday, father's day etc., you should ask him what he needs. Then buy it for him and say it's for what ever ocassion is coming. It will save you cluttering the home with unwanted gifts.

Hmm, cologne or a nice leather wallet? It's hard when you don't have anything to choose from holiday after holiday.

Or better yet, book a weekend getaway for you two somewhere nice (and it really doesn't have to be exotic and expensive) and have the kids stay with their grandparents!

Give him a gift certificate for a massage, coffee house, movie theatre, bowliing, a pedicure? Or buy him a nice telescope or something that you really want but give it to him and if he doesn't use it, then tell him you will......:)

Lingerie. My husband has everything he wants. He is a compulsive shopper (for himself). I had nothing to buy him for his birthday so I deceided to wrap something he already had, me. I found out what his favorite color was and went shopping. It was such a hit that I do it every year. One year it's a teddy, one year it's a garter and stockings, one year I tried one of those sexy Halloween costumes. Every year it is a little different but every year he looks foward to his present.

Get him a whole bunch of TV munchies to go along with that giant remote that "bam" suggested, a lap blanket, and a remote TV headset. You can listen to the TV from anywhere in the house if you have to get up and walk away...you can also adjust your own volume with them.

Just take him out to dinner and tie a bow on yourself and be his gift on Christmas night. For that one night, you be his sex slave and let him have his way with you, what gift can be better than that.
