any way to adjust belt tension? first belt lasted up to warranty expiration, put a new belt on lasted a week, another never worked at all, belts seem fine, bearings tight etc but the belt just spins on the driven pulley, which has no grooves for the serpentine...there is no tensioner and appears to be no adjustment, also no luck getting ahold of a service rep, so i have a $800 machine thats sat for 2 years. short of throwing it out, any suggestions?

no there is no adjustment to the motor or pulley, the belts have all been original replacement from the manufacturer, and the belt routing is a simple pulley to pulley arrangement...i assume newer models are imroved since this was relatively novel at the time of purchase

If there's no tensioner the adjustment must be on the motor, do you have the serpentine diagram. Is the pulley free. Try pcappliancerepair.com[ I have absolutely no connection to them] they have repair info and diagrams.

Belt must be a exact match to the original. Adjustment is through the motor and pulley bolts.
