With all the mainstreaming of porn nowadays it seems like this behavoir has been accepted, even becoming the stuff of legend to some. And since I'm a guy and enjoy looking at some of it I can call myself a bit of a fan but deep down the idea of people being promiscuos in that way bugs me.

Is your question a moral question, a question about the fact that they have had so many partners or just in general?
I don't agree with what they do but I don't have to answer for what they do either. I don't judge. I show everyone respect though. Í don't consider myself better than anyone and I don't consider anyone else better than me. We are all God's children. The way I see it is - Jesus died for them, too. I can pray for them though. I find that lifestyle sad and probably lonely. But I really don't know. Again - I am not their judge. I wouldn't be rude to someone in the adult industry - unless they were being inappropriate in front of my family.

The question is rather, can anyone respect someone who can't respect another person. With the world the way it is people are forced to do allkinds of things to survive. Porn companies lure people who are desperate for cash and basically takes advantiga of them

Porn stars are just people too. They get respect if they earn it right? You don't have to date one if you are grossed out that they have sex in front of other people...But trust is the bottom line when it comes to dating so ...everybody has a past, at least with a porn star you know what they've been up to...

you really cant respect them they sell themselves everyday.. they are like legal hookers. and ok ill admit to guys its hot and to some girls its hot, but its so demorilizing. im not saying that it should be done away with people have a right to watch what they want, but the people who are in those movies ... well i just dont know what to say about them. i think if i was ever like that i'd feel very dirty and unclean. like i wasnt good enough. so no i cant respect them maybe some people can but i cant.

I hate porn but hey, if people have the body to work it, its a serious job. People look down on stuff like that but it really is a profession... I respect them. And i LOVE watching Girls next door :o)

it's not one of the most respectful occupations out there. but i dont think that porn stars dont respect themselves. they're just more comfortable with their sexuality than most people. when you think about it, you have to have a lot of confidence to be able to put yourself out there like that. they really make themselves vulnerable to all us porn watchers. it may not be a typical job and i know that to some of them, it becomes a lifestyle. i dont look down on them tho...
