Meredith is NOT powerful. In fact she is weak and can't make up her freaking mind about McDreamy. Just freaking marry him or forget him. Geez. And Izzy is just a hollow character because that actress sucks and she's not strong anyways because she's unprofessional (falling for Denny). My favorite is Cally because she doesn't play into all that shiat. Doesn't take crap from anyone or play games. Screw Meredith most of all!!!

Definetely Izzy because her story is so intense. But also Meredith. They are both really smart but pretty at the same time.

George is the sweetest guy in the show. I like Callie also. She is strong and can kick any body's a** in that show. I loved it yesterday when she almost beats the living daylights of Meredith. It was about time somebody put her on her place.

Dr.Miranda Bailey because although she tries to appear tough, she really cares about everybody. She seems to be the most well rounded person on the show.
