memorex mp3 8575?

has anyone bought this product? do i need to get a charger for this mp3? i need to know since it is a christmas gift. any help would do.

I found a model 8565 but not a 8575 but my guess is it is about the same. Here is a link to the page with the manuals. if it does not show the manual list , click the drop-down for audio and click digital audio players
