If you looked into it for a long period of time, you might have some damage; however, if it flashes into your eye briefly, it's nothing to worry about. By comparison, looking at the sun would be a LOT worse for your eyes.

Probably not, because it's always blinking and you never look at it for a very long time. They're working on blue laser now and these ones I'd be more worried about because blue light has more energy than red light.

long amounts of exposure have a small risk of damaging the optic nerve though i do not believe that it it anything to be overly concerned over so long as ur eyes are at an angle and the light is not directly intersepting you eye
