There is no cheating in a hardcore match Because anything goes.

A wrestler can cheat all he wants in a hardcore match because the rule is that there is no rule, but then again, he's not really cheating since everything goes, so a wrestler can't cheat on a HC match.
Only scenario where a HC wrestler can cheat is by bribing the referee because the referee is supposed to be neutral.

Mr. Kennedy hit Kane with a steel chair at Kane's legs while Kane was about to chokeslam M.V.P. Kane falls with M.V.P. over him for the pin. Mr. Kennedy hold M.V.P. down so M.V.P. could win. Theodore Long didn't like that I think. It's wasn't really cheating porsay. I didn't really help ya did it?

they have someone help them win by double teaming their opponent or use a weapon to knock them out and they use the ring ropes to cheat.
