I was all through my grammar school years. The only real friend that stood with me throughout the years was my best friend and godsister.

yeah, but i like it that way, more difficult but more iinteresting than being popular i think. it will make for a better story than someone who always fit in, someday.

Yes, I was. Only, I had no friend to lean on at all. They picked on me cuz I came from an enemy school that they never liked during their sports season. What can I tell ya kid. I know it's tough going through what yer going through, but you can't let them bring you down. What you do now, will affect your entire future. Someday you'll find true friendship with people you can trust. For now, just stay focused on what you need to do to shape your future into YOUR success. Your godsister wants you to succeed as well. Always stick with family more than friends cuz there advise comes from the heart, and you'll never find that in a friend, really!! Find a hobby or something to take your mind off a bad day and make it a positive one. Do something with your godsister like going to the movies, shopping, swimming, bonding with each other. It seems she loves and cares about you alot, the way family should. Get involved in family more and all that emptyness you have will go away. Yes, you'll be just fine. Take care of yourself first, and the rest will come naturally. Good luck and best wishes!!!

No but I tried not to make anyone ever feel like an outkast. I was cool with everyone. Even people that weren't as popular or good looking. I always am able to walk in other people's shoes and would not jump on the bandwagon of casting people aside because they were different or whatever. i hope that you know that people that cast you aside were just insecure themselves.

There's a big difference between being an
outsider and being a outcast.
I think we have all been both at some time in our lives.
It feels good to get to a place, where you just don't
care about those kind of things anymore.
Life is just too good to worry about labels.

Yes when I was addicted to drugs and alcohol. I started doing drugs and booze because I felt like an outsider and it only made things worse.

yes . i have been and still am considered to be an outsider or outcast by some. thankfully they are usually the ones i don't care if i am accepted by so it works out well for us both.
