you can go to C:\Documents and Settings\ "your profile name here"/ Favorites
and compress the folder sent it as attachment

after you make a copy of the folder name Favorites

If you are using Internet Explorer, your favorites are here:

My Computer/Local Disk/Documents and Settings/[Your Folder]/Favorites

Here is where your favorites are located. You can copy them, e-mail them, whatever you would like.

To e-mail them all, you could compress your favorites folder into a .rar or .zip file. If you have WINzip installed, side-click on the folder and go down to "compress and email" to do that.
