want to order wife a gift from a web site that sells various items
some being adult items.(no i'am not buying adult items) The web
site "SAYS" its orders are encrypted and not added to an e-mail list
and all customer details are kept private. I do not trust any web site
that sell adult items,Is there any place that i can check out the web
site before ordering?

When you are making your order out, check and make sure that the url starts with https..s being the key factor. All sites that you send money to or credit card info will start like that. A regular website just starts with http. Their also will be a picture of a padlock, either at the bottom of the page, or at the top, next to the toolbar. If you see the s and a padlock, then it is a safe site to do business with...

Go to BBB.org (Better Business Bureau) and see if there are any complaints about the company.

Since you asked the question, you are obviously skeptical about the business, therefore, follow your gut feeling and DON'T order from the company.

Stick with major, well-known legitimate websites, like Amazon.com. You can find almost anything on Amazon. The crooks always say they are honest.
