No elements are there.
(If it would have been there, one would have to discover another quantum number in order to distinguish between them).
& like the previous answerer said it would have been violated the Pauli's exclusion principle.
The quantum numbers are there to distinguish between different electrons.

No two electrons in an atom can have the same set of four principle quantum numbers. That would violate the Pauli exclusion principle.
