Depends where they each are right now. Compare the temperature and humidity where each can be found, and also see what each is doing (cooking in a kitchen, taking a run, hanging out in front of the tube). That should give you an idea of who is hotter.
Neither one is an entertainer worth mentioning.

I do like Nick Lachey A LOT, but Justin Timberlake is definitly the better singer and the hottest!!! (by far!!!) I think there both great because they came from "boy bands" and most artists can't make it when they leave a band, but both of them have proved that wrong, Justins just done it better :)

Nick doesn't even hold a candle to Timberlake's sexiness or as a entertainer. That should have been a obvious answer seeing that Justin graces more magazine covers, tops more polls and rakes in more money in the music/movie business.
